    March 27th, 2009 by creigh

Since joining Word Press I have averaged eight to ten spam email per day.

Usually some fool trying to sell me drugs, or sex enhancers.

If they are that desperate for money Burger King, and MacDonald’s are hiring, Or how about setting up a freelance service, using some of there limited knowledge.

I realize the economy sucks, and jobs in some areas are scare, but believe it or not, pushing SPAM emails to sell meds and drugs is never going to make you rich. And probable will not even pay your bills.

The only ones that make money from theses scams are the original top person, all others get zip to zero Try figuring out how many people out there are also sending SPAM for meds and drugs, and you have not got a chance to make a dime..

So please do not waste my time, or the time of others with your SPAM

THIS LAND IS MY LAND, THIS LAND IS YOUR LAND

    February 15th, 2009 by creigh
    http://clickserve.cc-dt.com/link/click?lid=41000000025717240

Keep remembering an old song by Woody Guthrie, “THIS LAND IS MY LAND, THIS LAND IS YOUR LAND”. And I wonder if it is still true today?

.And rapidly approaching the end of my personal battles, and my life. And looking back over the years, and the loss of so many friends, and comrades, and my wife, to the grim reaper. I give pause to thoughts of the then, and what is now.

Slowly I have watched from the sidelines, no longer wanting to do battle, and watch this once great country falling apart, and changes for the worse. Once a proud individual, serving with pride to defend the beliefs, and the concepts of the USA, now I see those beliefs are gone, and the pride is no longer there.

Now I see, since this so disastrous war, young people, children killing children. Children committing suicide, and so poorly educated, they have no concept what a war is. I watch as the drug culture takes a greater hold on our people, and more then ever people are depending on drugs to keep them going.

And I remember other young people, people who became adults, before their time. Who fought, some wounded, some died. but stood up without the necessity of losing them selves from the rest of the world.

Looking back over these years to presidents that could not be trusted, and sold out not only the veterans, but the society as a whole. A president that abused the office, and abused the people. Congressman that lie, and abuse their elected offices. Local politicians that have their hands out, but not to the people.

Where are the protest of the 1960’s and 1970’s, no longer do we have a society that will fight back.

We now have a society of illiterates growing up, the highest drug use in the world, the highest murder rate in the world, the highest suicides in the world. And the lowest support for Veterans in the world. Presidents that initiated cutting veterans benefits, and assistance programs.

Presidents that have depleted Social Security, and continue to take away medical care.

No this isn’t the country I fought for, or the country so many died for. This is a new county, one I don’t understand, and don’t like.

And were are the honors, and the parades that there once was, and no longer exist. Memorial Day and Veterans Day have become shopping days, and the veteran is no longer honored.

So many memories, of hot nights and days, being scared I wouldn’t see the next day. The humidity, the heat, the smell of rain, mud, blood, and gun powder. The sounds of explosions, and people screaming. Memories that have been with me for so many years.

Waking up in the night, sweating, and disoriented. Not sure what was going on around me. And sitting there smoking a cigarette, (the docs have told me to stop awhile back).

Still certain sounds will trigger a memory, some lost thought or experience.

All the same it has been a relatively good life, and I have met so many special and interesting people. But the end will come, and then maybe the peace that has evaded me for all these years.

But always in my heart there will be those who got down in the mud, flew on a chopper, were beside me, and behind me. Those who I will never see again, or speak the words that would say THANK YOU for BEING MY BROTHER.

Time has past, the good and the bad, and the memories, dreams, nightmares, still reside. But I do not regret the past, or what I may have done. I just wish it had been worth something to the people of the USA, and the government or politicians.

It really is to bad that we all have to go on to the next level, being blamed for the war, and the out come. As usual the politicians win, and the soldier loose. And yet the people of the USA still do not seek to support the vets, or try to understand what they may live with each day of their lives.

For what ever it is worth, these are my thoughts, and comments. Now I look to the finale end, which will come.

    NEW PREAMBLE TO THE CONSTITUTION

    February 15th, 2009 by creigh

After much thought, and a bit of research, presented here is:

    NEW PREAMBLE TO THE CONSTITUTION

‘We the sensible people of the United States, in an attempt to help

everyone get along, restore some semblance of justice, avoid more

riots, keep our nation safe, promote positive behavior, and secure

the blessings of debt-free liberty to ourselves and our great-great-

great-grandchildren, hereby try one more time to ordain and establish

some common sense guidelines for the terminally whiny, guilt

ridden, delusional, and other liberal bed-wetters. We hold these

truths to be self evident: that a whole lot of people are confused by

the Bill of Rights and are so dim they require a Bill of NON-Rights.’

ARTICLE I: You do not have the right to a new car, big screen TV,

or any other form of wealth. More power to you if you can legally

acquire them, but no one is guaranteeing anything.

ARTICLE II: You do not have the right to never be offended. This

country is based on freedom, and that means freedom for everyone –

not just you! You may leave the room, turn the channel, express a

different opinion, etc.; but the world is full of idiots, and probably

    always will be.

ARTICLE III: You do not have the right to be free from harm. If

you stick a screwdriver in your eye, learn to be more careful; do not

expect the tool manufacturer to make you and all your relatives

    independently wealthy.

ARTICLE IV: You do not have the right to free food and housing.

Americans are the most charitable people to be found, and will gladly

help anyone in need, but we are quickly growing weary of subsidizing

generation after generation of professional couch potatoes who achieve

nothing more than the creation of another generation of professional

    couch potatoes

ARTICLE V: You do not have the right to free health care. That

would be nice, but from the looks of public housing, we’re just not

    interested in public health care.

ARTICLE VI: You do not have the right to physically harm other

people. If you kidnap, rape, intentionally maim, or kill someone,

don’t be surprised if the rest of us want to see you fry in the electric

    chair.

ARTICLE VII: You do not have the right to the possessions of others.

If you rob, cheat, or coerce away the goods or services of other citizens,

don’t be surprised if the rest of us get together and lock you away in a

place where you still won’t have the right to a big screen color TV or

    a life of leisure.

ARTICLE VIII: You do not have the right to a job.. All of us sure

want you to have a job, and will gladly help you along in hard times,

but we expect you to take advantage of the opportunities of education

and vocational training laid before you to make yourself useful. (AMEN!)

ARTICLE IX: You do not have the right to happiness. Being an

American means that you have the right to PURSUE happiness, which

by the way, is a lot easier if you are unencumbered by an over abundance

of idiotic laws created by those of you who were confused by the Bill

    of Rights.

ARTICLE X: This is an English speaking country. We don’t care

where you are from, English is our language. Learn it or go back to

    wherever you came from! (Lastly….)

ARTICLE XI: You do not have the right to change our country’s

history or heritage. This country was founded on the belief in one

true God. And yet, you are given the freedom to believe in any religion,

any faith, or no faith at all; with no fear of persecution. The phrase

IN GOD WE TRUST is part of our heritage and history, and if you

are uncomfortable with it, TOUGH!!!! GET OVER IT !!!

If you agree, share this with a friend. No, you don’t have to, and nothing

tragic will befall you if you don’t. I just think it’s about time common

sense is allowed to flourish. Sensible people of the United States speak

out because if you do not , you know who will?

    A new Pledge of Allegiance

    February 15th, 2009 by creigh

WRITTEN BY A 15 yr. Old SCHOOL KID IN ARIZONA :

Since the Pledge of Allegiance And The Lord’s Prayer are not allowed in

most public schools anymore, a kid in Arizona wrote the following:

    NEW School prayer :

Now I sit me down in school

Where praying is against the rule

For this great nation under God

Finds mention of Him very odd.

If Scripture now the class recites,

It violates the Bill of Rights.

And anytime my head I bow

    Becomes a Federal matter now.

Our hair can be purple, orange or green,

    That’s no offense; it’s a freedom scene.

The law is specific, the law is precise.

Prayers spoken aloud are a serious vice.

For praying in a public hall

Might offend someone with no faith at all.

In silence alone we must meditate,

God’s name is prohibited by the state.

We’re allowed to cuss and dress like freaks,

And pierce our noses, tongues and cheeks..

They’ve outlawed guns, but FIRST the Bible.

To quote the Good Book makes me liable.

We can elect a pregnant Senior Queen,

And the ‘unwed daddy,’ our Senior King.

It’s ‘inappropriate’ to teach right from wrong,

We’re taught that such ‘judgments’ do not belong.

We can get our condoms and birth controls,

Study witchcraft, vampires and totem poles.

But the Ten Commandments are not allowed,

No word of God must reach this crowd.

It’s scary here I must confess,

When chaos reigns the school’s a mess.

So, Lord, this silent plea I make:

Should I be shot; My soul please take!

    Amen

Although an agnostic that I am this I found very exceptional considering today’s society.

    Work Age Discrimination

    January 22nd, 2009 by creigh

Age Discrimination in the Work Place

The law is specific with regards to Age Discrimination, but it can be hard to define. If ignored it can lead to intimidating work environment, moral problems, and advancement opportunities that

    fail.

For the beginning in avoiding age discrimination is understanding exactly what it is, and identifying the problem. One effective proposal is appraisal of the organizations culture, and make up, preventive training at all levels, and a strong committeemen for a work environment for all ages.

In today’s work force there has been an increase in Age Discrimination as early as the thirties. By the time someone reaches their forties, in some fields they are considered finished.

In many cases considering to be old is only part of the factor. Experienced older candidates are considered to expensive for the position, then a younger person who would get less money, and benefits.

There are over 16 million workers over age fifty five seeking employment. Which includes long years of experience, and education. Workers should get, or keep their jobs based on abilities, and not age.

Effective, and specific training at all levels, explaining the policies, with in depth instructions, on detailing with age discrimination. Training should go beyond just information to actual changes in behavior. Peer reinforcement will help, alo0ng with encouraging employees when the see harassment, or discrimination themselves.

There are a number of ways to set examples, and encourage an older work force. Remember the candidate that is old enough to retire in a few years, may end up with you a lot longer.

Encouraging a mentor program between older, and experienced works, with the younger staff members. This imparts knowledge accumulated over a number of years, to be past down to the younger employees, with less experience, and less knowledge.

Keep pin mind the skills, education, and potential. Overlooked the age issues.

Allow older and younger employees to be paired on projects. Each then will learn from the other.

Develop a plan or structure for all employment interviews, regardless of age, and stick to it.

Remove the date of birth from application forms, concentrate only on skill levels, education, and abilities.

Employees and applicants can go to court. They can file with the Employment Opportunity Commission (EOC), who will review the charges before proceeding to court. Few actually proceed to court, either being settled before, or determined to be unfounded.

But even if the EOC determines it does not meet their criteria, the applicant or employee still can file in court, where they tend a better chance or winning.

Age Discrimination is illegal, and even if the EOC finds in favor of the employer, there can be the embarrassment of public ridicule, in a court battle. Many lawyers seek coverage by news media of any type of age discrimination case. This in turn sets up the corporation to loose in the long run, and the could be extravagant.

The safest, and best direction to follow is not to subject employees, and applicants to age discrimination.

    Who are the racist?

The following was offered as a defense in a racial court case. And regrettable the remarks are true. In our society only whites are accused of being racist, while other ethnic groups can say or do anything, and never be charged as racist. The defense brings out a number of

blatant examples of ethnic racism directed at whites.

Although I do not condone any form of racism, the remarks are a striking representation of our society today. It is overlooked, ignored, and rarely if ever covered in the media. There is a fear of even discussing the problem, fear that some group will be offended. I do not advocate white supremacy, but I do advocate fair play, and true equal rights.

And this set of remarks do not indicate any fair play on the behalf of whites. It is time to look our racial standards, and find a just common ground. How many are actually paying attention?

Remember Michael Richards , KRAMER, from Seinfeld, this is the defense in court for being called a racist::::::

    PROUD TO BE WHITE

I have been wondering about why Whites are racists, and no other race is.

    Michael Richards made these points…

There are African Americans, Mexican Americans, Asian Americans, Arab Americans, etc. And then there are just Americans. You pass me on the street and sneer in my direction.

You call me ‘White boy,’ ‘Cracker,’ ‘Honkey,’ ‘Whitey,’ ‘Caveman’ … and that’s OK.

But when I call you, Nigger, Kike, Towel head, Sand-nigger, Camel Jockey, Beaner,

Gook, or Chink … You call me a racist.

You say that whites commit a lot of violence against you.. so why are the ghettos the most dangerous places to live?

You have the United Negro College Fund. You have Martin Luther King Day

You have Black History Month. You have Cesar Chavez Day.. You have Yom Hashoah.

You have Ma’uled Al-Nabi. You have the NAACP. You have BET…

If we had WET (White Entertainment Television) we’d be racists.

If we had a White Pride Day, you would call us racists.

If we had White History Month, we’d be racists.

If we had any organization for only whites to ‘advance’ OUR lives we’d be racists.

We have a Hispanic Chamber of Commerce, a Black Chamber of Commerce, and then we just have the plain Chamber of Commerce.

    Wonder who pays for that??

A white woman could not be in the Miss Black American pageant, but any color can be in the Miss America pageant.

If we had a college fund that only gave white students scholarships…You know we’d be racists.

There are over 60 openly proclaimed Black Colleges in the US .

Yet if there were ‘White colleges’ That would be a racist college.

In the Million Man March, you believed that you were marching for your race and rights.

If we marched for our race and rights, you would call us racists.

You are proud to be black, brown, yellow and orange, and you’re not afraid to announce it.

But when we announce our white pride, you call us racists.

You rob us, carjack us, and shoot at us. But, when a white police officer shoots a black gang member or beats up a black drug-dealer running from the law and posing a threat to society, you call him a racist.

I am proud…But you call me a racist.

Why is it that only whites can be racists??

There is nothing improper about these comments…

Let’s see which of you are proud enough to send it on, or openly comment.

I sadly don’t think many will. That’s why we have lost most of OUR RIGHTS

in this country. We won’t stand up for ourselves !

BE PROUD TO BE WHITE !

It’s not a crime yet, but getting real close!

Vietnma the War No Body Wanted

    January 22nd, 2009 by creigh

VIET NAM the war no one wanted.

As early as the late 1950’s advisory troops were sent to Viet Nam, to assist the South Vietnamese Government. When John Kennedy assumed the office of President, he met with Charles DeGaulle, then President of France. DeGaulle advised, after many years of experience with Viet Nam, that the U.S. should not get heavily involved in that country. Kennedy concurred, stating that the U.S. troops must be limited to advisors only. Kennedy established the first Special Forces groups, to be trained in assisting and educating not only South Viet Nam troops, but other nations seeking freedom.

But circumstances of history altered the policy Kennedy had set, by placing a new president in charge of the U.S.

Using artificial reports, and information the new president lied to Congress, and stated that U.S. Naval vessels had been attacked in the Gulf of Tonkin. And he wanted to escalate the war by adding more, troops and equipment to the Viet Nam conflict. Congress agreed, and the expansion of the Viet Nam war began.

Over 15 years after the first advisors entered Viet Nam, and over 50 thousand young men and women died, Viet Nam ended. A war that ended up benefiting not only the U.S. president, but also certain members of congress, and friends or associates.

Who sat as U.S. President? Lyndon B. Johnson, DEMOCRATS

    COMMENT:

But one thing is obvious, during the period from 1900 to the year 2000, this nation has been engaged in more wars and conflicts, then any other nation in the world or history.

We have sent young men, some as young as 16 years of age, to die, get maimed or injured, all in the name of primarily political aspirations.

And yet we are also the only country in the world that treat our veterans so poorly. We offer little to no support, or assistance. Poor quality medical aid, psych support, or rehabilitation. Under the administration of Bill Clinton, another DEMOCRAT budgets, and monies for the Veterans Administration have been cut to the bone. Mr. Al Gore, also a democrat, supports continuing cuts to the veterans assistance programs. And the current candidate for president Kerry, also a democrat, has a history of turning against veterans, and men or women who serve in the military.

So were are the people of the U.S. who are supposed to be there to assist their veterans? Don’t look in that direction, as long as young people die, or get maimed, this group will ignore any assistance, and in many occasions respect for those who have served.

    Your Voting Choices

    October 28th, 2008 by creigh
    Your Voting Choices?

    What are the choices?

You can vote Democrat or Republican (GOP).
Well then there is McCain or Obama, but if you don’t like either of these candidates?

Here is a consideration there is NO law or regulation requiring you to vote for the leading candidates, or a national party.

There are other choices, even if it just to record you disapproval for the leading candidates.

Many people today are more sophisticated then our ancestors, and are aware they may have other choices. And many have or are considering the alternatives.

You can register your displeasure with the system by casting your vote for the third choice.

Most of the 50 states offer a place on the ballot for third, and sometimes fourth or more, candidates for Chief Executive.

This is how you can offer your proteases, by voting for the alternative choices.

And say YES I DID VOTE !

    Right On

    October 27th, 2008 by creigh

    YES, I’M A BAD AMERICAN

I Am the Liberal-Progressives Worst Nightmare. I am an American.

I used to ride Harley Davidson Motorcycles and believe in American products.

I believe the money I make belongs to me and my family, not some Liberal governmental functionary be it Democratic or Republican!

I’m in touch with my feelings and I like it that way!

I think owning a gun doesn’t make you a killer, it makes you a smart American.

I think being a minority does not make you noble or victimized, and does not entitle you to anything. Get over it!

I believe that if you are selling me a Big Mac, do it in English.

I believe everyone has a right to pray to his or her God when and where they want to.

I don’t hate the rich. I don’t pity the poor.

I know wrestling is fake and I don’t waste my time watching or arguing about it.

I’ve never owned a slave, or was a slave, I haven’t burned any witches or been persecuted by the Turks and neither have you! So, shut up already.

I believe if you don’t like the way things are here, go back to where you came from and change your own country! This is AMERICA

We like it the way it is!

If you were born here and don’t like it you are free to move to any Socialist country that will have you.

I want to know which church is it exactly where the Reverend Jesse Jackson preaches, where he gets his money, and why he is always part of the problem and not the solution.

Can I get an AMEN on that one?

I also think the cops have the right to pull you over if you’re breaking the law, regardless of what color you are.

And, no, I don’t mind having my face shown on my drivers license.

I think it’s good….. And I’m proud that ‘God’ is written on my money.

I think if you are too stupid to know how a ballot works, I don’t want you deciding who should be running the most powerful nation in the world for the next four years.

I believe the president of the United States should put his hand over his heart and say the pledge of allegiance and should have no reservations about wearing American flag pins on his lapel.

I dislike those people standing in the intersections trying to sell me stuff or trying to guilt me into making ‘donations’ to their cause. Get a Job and do your part!

I believe that it doesn’t take a village to raise a child, it takes two parents.

I believe ‘illegal’ is illegal no matter what the lawyers think.

I believe the American flag should be the only one allowed in AMERICA !

If this makes me a BAD American, then yes, I’m a BAD American.

If you are a BAD American too, please forward this to everyone you know.

    We want our country back!

We NEED GOD BACK IN OUR COUNTRY!
